Data and contact details

I grew up in Rome, where I studied architecture, classical guitar, and jazz piano. My artistic journey led me to New York, where I furthered my musical studies at the Mannes School of Jazz and the Institute of Audio Research.

I lived in Burkina Faso, where I worked in a recording studio and immersed myself in the study of traditional West African percussion. Upon returning to Rome, I worked as a composer and as a screenwriter and director for the WideNoiseFactory collective, creating commercials, short films, documentaries, and installations.

For Artestudio, I directed documentaries in Rome, Beirut, and Tehran, and participated in documentary projects that took me to the Himalayas, India, and Cambodia.

I currently live and work in Rome, where I compose soundtracks, teach music, and collaborate as a saxophonist on social theater projects, bringing music to prisons, underprivileged neighborhoods, and theaters.

My multidisciplinary approach, which intertwines music, cinema, and the visual arts, has led me to develop a series of installations dedicated to the theme of borders—geographical, cultural, and internal—and to those who seek, even at the cost of their lives, to overcome them.
